Apart from a complete range of gas scrubbing plant, Hygrade also has unrivalled expertise and experience in the design and manufacture of the following corrosion resistant plant including storage tanks and reaction vessels.
Tanks can be designed with or without glass fibre reinforcement.

Pressure vessels can be designed to withstand pressures typically from 5 bar to full vacuum.

To complement the above, Hygrade has it's own unique metal fabrication facilities to provide structural supports, access ladders and other required steelwork items.

Hygrade also has an in-house facility for the testing of laminate samples to BS4994. The tests check weld efficiency, peel and hear strength and are approved by ICI and many other inspection authorities.
