Hygrade Industrial Plastics was established in 1971 and has grown over the years to become one of the UK’s leading designers and manufacturers of Air Pollution Control Equipment and associated plant in corrosion resistant materials.

Hygrade manufacture vessels and equipment in either all plastic, plastic lined with glass fibre reinforcement, or all glass fibre ( GRP ) depending upon the application and process conditions.

Hygrade’s multidisciplinary design team includes professionally qualified engineers with between 20 and 35 years experience in Chemical and Mechanical Engineering.
Training plays an important role within the organisation with all engineers suitably qualified in areas such as Safety Management, Method Statement Preparation and Design Risk Analysis.
The experience within Hygrade’s design team ensures clients receive a tailor made solution, optimised to give the best technical solution but always with consideration to capital and running costs.
